(These guidelines only applicable for the Classic Package, guidelines change for all other packages)
Includes up to 150 guests-$15 pp over 150 not to exceed 200
(4 hours for event from start of ceremony to end of reception, 4 hours of setup time the day prior to event to be completed prior to rehearsal, 2 on-site meetings with day of coordinator, 1 hr rehearsal to be scheduled)

Decor Package

Table settings and Centerpieces Includes real flatware, glass plates, glass water goblet, table linens, chargers, napkin and napkin ring.

Stress Free Bride Package

Everything in the Classic Package and Decor Package plus the following:
Photographer- Engagement session on property, 8 hrs day of wedding DJ for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception

Destination Bride Package

This package is a combination of the Classic, Decor, and Stress-Free packages plus the following:
On-site rehearsal dinner at Lodge
(Tables and Chairs included for up to 50 guests, Food not included but can be added)
Choice of ceremony location Oak Tree or Barn
Catering includes 2 appetizers, 2 proteins, 3 sides, and tea and water
(Additional Charges may apply depending on selection)
1 Night at Cottage and 1 night at the Lodge
*Package price is based on 100 guests.*$60 per guest over 100.
$1,000 non-refundable venue deposit with a completed contract to save your date
$2,000 non-refundable venue deposit is due within 30 days of signing contract
Final payment is due 30 days prior to the event date and is non-refundable
Additional deposits are required for vendors booked by venue
(All vendor deposits are non-refundable)
