Santa Fe River Ranch is the most unique and versatile outdoor venue in all of north central Florida. We offer multiple breathtaking ceremony sites, covered and uncovered, to provide you with a wide variety of options. Also setting Santa Fe River Ranch apart from the rest is our beautiful and elegant reception hall that features flowing drapes, large chandelier, balcony and spiral staircases, and, most importantly, air conditioning and heat. Additional ways we continue to set our self apart from the rest is our vintage bridal lodge that is included the entire day of the wedding. Also included is a professional day of coordinator.

Another unique feature is that we do one wedding per week. This allows you access for setup starting on Thursday for a Saturday wedding or event. You have all day Sunday to come back and gather your personal items so that you don’t have to worry about scrambling around the night of your wedding or event. This allows for a much less stressful day to relax and really enjoy yourself without that worry of rushing in and out.

Enter through our timeless and elegant open air pole barn, with a large wrap around bar. Each side of the bar features built in high tops and seating as well as brick patio courtyards with fire pits on both sides. Our open air pole barn is decorated with curtains, cafe lights, chandeliers, lanterns, and other lighting that really makes the place magical at night. Attached to our open air pole barn is our enclosed reception facility. Our reception area is incredibly elegant and decorated with flowing drapes, a beautiful large chandelier, lighting on the loft railing and spiral staircases and has wagon wheel chandeliers to light up the loft. It is fully air conditioned and heated with restroom facilities.

We have a timeless lodge that is included for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready the day of the wedding. The lodge features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It also has a beautiful patio with a built in fireplace and café lights overhead and for an additional cost can be used for rehearsal dinner and also available to stay the night.

Tables and chairs are included for up to 300 guests. You may choose white chairs for a more elegant look or brown benches if you are going for something more rustic for your ceremony. It gets better! We also set up all the table and chairs for the reception and the ceremony per your specifications so you don’t have to do any heavy lifting. We do not cater so that you have the freedom to choose any type of caterer you desire. We have a great vendor list that can help you with the few things we don’t already provide.

Throughout the process to set up for your big day, we provide you with unequaled customer service. We also have a team of staff that will be working the day of the event parking and transporting all of your guests. We work diligently to help make sure that your day is as perfect as it can possibly be.
